Job Title: Business Support Assistant (Legal and Governance)
Salary: £16594 - £16857 per annum
24 Hours per Week
Location: Wildwood Office

Team: Legal and Governance Business Support

The Role: 

Governance supports the administration of County Council meetings. This role provides practical support to officers across the Legal and Governance division, with a strong focus on the Committee and Overview and Scrutiny teams, while also contributing to wider team activity. The post is 24 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.

Key requirements

  • Good general education and the ability to work well as part of a team

Skills and experience

  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Confident interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a busy, multi‑function office
  • Good IT skills, including maintaining and updating webpages
