Clifton‑upon‑Teme Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly organised Office Manager to join our team from September 2026. The Role
As Office Manager, you will play a central role in the smooth and effective running of the school. Working closely with the Interim Headteacher, you will oversee a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities. This is a varied and rewarding position at the heart of school life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily school operations ensuring the school office runs efficiently and professionally
- Supporting finance processes including budget monitoring, invoicing, and financial record‑keeping
- Coordinating building maintenance-liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance
- Providing high‑quality support to staff, pupils, parents, and visitors
- Maintaining accurate records including safeguarding, attendance, and personnel information
- Undertake duties delegated by the Headteacher
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity
- Ensure compliance with all statutory duties, school policies, and procedures

- Has excellent IT skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
