Exmoor drive is a service in Bromsgrove. We have a dual service supporting individuals learning disabilities and complex needs and a replacement bed service located on the grounds.   Our Learning Disabilities service prides itself on an empathetic caring environment meeting individuals needs whilst promoting dignity and respect.

Our replacement bed service supports individuals on short stays to allow families and guardians respite. This is a three bedded service with communal areas and a sensory room.

The service supports adults 18+ with a Learning Disability, Mental health, neurodiverse diagnosis, physical disabilities, sensory needs and emotional / psychological needs.  

Both our services require team work to maintain the quality of care.
