Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Grade 2
Salary: £9,870 - £10,026 per annum
Hours: 16.25 (16 hours and 15 mins per week - Term Time only - AM)

Fixed Term - Initially one term from September 1st 2026

The Governors of St Anne's CE Primary School and Nursery wish to appoint an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant, to work as part of our KS2 team.  We are a friendly, family and community focused primary school in Bewdley. We pride ourselves on providing a happy, supportive and nurturing environment for our pupils, staff and parents.  

This role is predominantly based in KS2, however flexibility is essential as there may be times when you will be asked to support in other areas of the school.

The role of the successful candidate will include:

  • Working with our pupils and actively engaging in the delivery of academic work with specific direction from the class teacher 
  • Supporting children’s needs during break times
  • Having high expectations and providing positive behaviour management

We are looking for a new team member who:

  • Has a sense of fun and works well as part of a team
  • Is flexible in their approach and has the ability to adapt to the roll as required
